"March, 2009 - Baker-Jackson is Honored with Nissan's Most Prestigious Award for Customer Service:
Baker-Jackson Nissan is one of two Houston-area Nissan dealerships receiving Nissan's Owner First Award of Excellence for outstanding customer service in 2008. It marks the (eighth) time Baker-Jackson has been recognized with the award, a record very few dealerships across the country can claim. "Our entire team is to be congratulated for their hard work and constant dedication to help ensure every one of our customers receives a level of service beyond their expectations," says Bruce Baker. Two Baker-Jackson team members earned additional recognition – Tony Tham and Linden Collins. Both were honored with Nissan's prestigious Platinum Elite Award of Excellence for being two of the top 100 sales associates out of over 16,000 in the country.
